CHARGES OF VICTIMISATION AGAINST AO ERASMUS
Please refer to the charges of victimisation laid by Hellen Petronella Beukman on 21 November 2011. Now her mother, Wanda du Plessis, and me are also victimised by AO Erasmus.
On 22 February 2012 both me and Wanda du Plessis were charged with intimidation of AO Erasmus and we must appear in court on 15 March 2012. No investigation were done by any police officer and the statement made by AO Erasmus were never read in full to me. The parts of the statement that were read to me are clearly false. The statement was never read to Wanda du Plessis and up to date she got no idea what she has done wrong in order to be charged.
This should be very clear by now that AO Erasmus is targeting and victimising us. Once again AO Erasmus is abusing his position as a police officer.
Hellen Petronella Beukman is the most affected by these victimisations and here is a short summary of her experiences which are all linked to each other:
1. She was brutally assaulted and nearly raped.
2. Then AO Erasmus treated her with an utmost disgrace during the investigation.
3. A week before the trial he sent a threatening message to her that he will get her if she testify against him.
4. Then she was traumatised by the trial.
5. Two days after the trial AO Erasmus threatened her again in a shop.
6. Now she is further traumatised by the victimisation of me and her mother and the upcoming trial.
You should realise what effect all these events must have on this young girl's mental health and the fact that no action is taken by the police to rectify these matters and to prevent it from happening in future, makes it so much worse.
I therefore place it on record that I hold you as the Commissioner of Steynsrus, AO Erasmus and the Minister of Police liable for the mental condition of Hellen Petronella Beukman and for any sufferings that she, her mother and myself experienced by the victimisations and the fact that no action has been taken by any member of the police.
